Areas of Practice

Economic Pathways

Canada is expecting to accept over 400,000 new immigrants this year. If you have work experience (in Canada or in another country), you may be eligible for an economic immigration pathway. We help our clients compare programs, understand which programs they are eligible for, compile documentation and submit an application.

Spousal Sponsorship

If your spouse or common-law partner is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident they may be able to sponsor you to become a permanent resident in Canada. We help our clients understand the requirements for sponsorship, compile all required documents, and submit an application.

Provincial Nominee Programs

Canada is a huge country with vast differences in its regional areas. Nearly all provinces and territories offer their own provincial nominee programs. These programs allow provinces and territories to endorse immigrants who fit their unique needs.

International Students

Coming to Canada as an international student is exciting but can be confusing. We can help you to obtain your initial study permit, extend your study permit, apply for a post-graduation work permit, and then transition to permanent residency afterwards.
